If you crave the thrill of a race then these events may just be perfect for you - Taking place over one hectic weekend the Fishguard Swim, the Wales Triathlon and the Fishguard Sprint triathlon all start from Goodwick

Usually held in June these events bring athletes and spectators from all over the UK .

The RoundHouse will provide a great viewpoint for anyone who enjoys watching or getting involved in such activities - the house also has a large indoor store room where bikes and equipment can be safely stored
