1. Are bedlinens and towels provided?
Yes they are - each guest bed space is provided with bed linen, a bath towel and a hand towel - we do ask that guests bring their own beach towels and towels for any canine guests , there is one exception - we do not provide cot linens other than a waterproof undersheet or additional towels for babies - please see below.
2. Do you have a cot for infants under the age of 18months?
We do have a portable 'Travel Cot' available for use which is suitable for infants up to the age of 18 months. This will be made available on request .
Please note we only provide a bottom sheet for this - we ask the parents of the infant to bring whatever 'sheets' or sleeping bags and towels their little one is most comfortable with.
3. What other facilities do you have for young children?
We have two high chairs, a bathroom step, stair gates, a bed rail for the lower bunk bed space and toddler friendly plastic crockery and cutlery for use in the house. - just ask us to get these things out for you.
4. Do you welcome pets?
Yes we do - we welcome well behaved dogs We do ask our pet owners to be respectful and bring plenty of throws to go over furniture if your doggos are snugglers, and bring your own towels to rub them down after a walk - and to be sure you clean up any messes.
Other pets may be allowed with prior agreement.
5. What is the parking like at the RoundHouse?
We have off road parking spaces for 4 cars. One space is off New Hill and the others are below the house off Quay Street in a private off road parking . Other free parking is available a few minutes walk away at the station or behind the Petrol station in the large public car park .
(EV charging is available at the Council car park on the Parrog)
6. Do you have an EV charging point?
Not yet - this is something we are considering for the near future. EV charging points are currently available at the car park next to the beach (Parrog) - Pembrokeshire is aiming to be the county with most public access EV charging points most public car parks now have them! We do not allow EV charging from the house via extension leads due to our insurance.
7. Do you have satellite or cable TV?
No - but we do have good fibre broadband a smart TV so you can log in to your subscription services. We also have a separate TV upstairs that can be connected to a DVD player (or games system if you wanted to bring your own). We have a fairly good selection of DVD's for those times when outdoors isn't so attractive.
8. Do you have Wi-Fi
Yes - good speed fibre Boradband - log in via the QR code on the router by TV in the main family room.
9. Can I book an early check in or late check out?
Yes this may be possible depending on other existing bookings - we do charge an additional £50 for a check in from 1pm and check out by Noon - (having an early check in/late check out booking means we cant have other guests arriving or departing on those dates)
10. Is the house accessible for those with limited mobility / wheelchairs?
Sadly not really, the living accommodation is split across two floors and does have stairs. The kitchen and dining area is on the lower floor.
For information - the upper floor sitting room has a double bedroom off it with an adjacent shower room and this floor is level access from roadside
11. Is there any outdoor space?
Yes - we have a glass fronted balcony overlooking Fishguard bay and a separate terrace garden space which is fully enclosed by fencing - here you will find an artificial grass lawn, a lounging area and an outdoor dining counter with a Kamado BBQ and pellet fired Pizza oven -
