The 4 kingsize bedrooms downstairs all have their own en-suite bathrooms making it easier to host small groups who are not related, whilst there is also other local B&B accommodation available within 100m if you wanted single occupancy (subject to other accommodation providers having vacancy - this is by direct booking with the other providers) The bedroom upstairs does not benefit from an immediate sea view but would be ideal for the 'host' of the event to occupy.
